Meet Justin
From a young age, I was taught the value of hard work. My father instilled in me a tough work ethic early on, and that foundation shaped who I am today. While most kids were still figuring things out, I was already helping run a business and working in construction—experiences that now reflect in the quality and precision of my skilled work.
I'm an entrepreneur at heart. One of the hardest challenges in working for yourself is finding the drive to constantly push forward. But I’ve always been self-motivated. I’ve created my own path and built my own jobs from the ground up. I'm self-taught, both book and street smart, and I’m always seeking wisdom—especially from those with more experience. I believe in learning from others and applying their insights to improve myself every single day.
I have a knack for building and solving problems. That mindset carried me through a decade of working as a mechanic, where I mastered engine building, engineering, and customization. I also worked in our family business, where I learned the ins and outs of business management and finance. Our family company has proudly served many Fortune 500 clients over the years, and I’ve taken those lessons with me as I built my own ventures.
Today, I run my own high-quality construction company, where I’ve further developed my skills in structural engineering. I also operate an e-commerce business. Every step of the way, I’ve stayed true to my roots—motivated, hands-on, and committed to excellence.
At the core of everything I do are my values: I believe in law and order, I love this great country, and I’m proud to be part of a hardworking family rooted in strong, traditional values. I’m family-oriented, disciplined, and always seeking security and stability for the people I care about most. I also believe deeply in second chances. People can grow, learn, and become better—and I support anyone willing to put in the work to better their life.
I believe that when you work hard, stay grounded, and stay hungry for growth, you’re capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.
I’m living proof of that.
